And reasonable copay for my windshield replacement. The only downside I would say is that their prices for things like filters or wiper replacements are pretty high comparatively but for what I really needed I'd always recommend Safelite.

The tech named Beau, was timely, offered exceptional customer service and told me step by step how he was going to fix my son's passenger windshield and then replace wiper blades and rain repellent for front windshield. He showed up earlier than the appointment time which is always a plus on a Saturday morning. It was scheduled for the afternoon but he came before 10a. Very polite, very positive and very enthusiastic. No complaints just praises. Thank you Safelite for having great techs working for you.
