Get ready to be charged monthly fees every week along with violation charges. I disputed the bogus charges and won; so, they locked my device to get their stolen money back. Pamphlet says they will never leave you stranded. That's fraud. No 24-hour phone number. I was left for over 5 hours. The device drained my battery, which gave them an excuse to charge me for several codes.

This company and device is is the worst there is in the business I have had multiple fault outs due to the device not working properly and I've had to pay roughly 500 in the past 2 months to have it reset. If your reading this I would stay far away from this device and this company. Lifesafer is a much better device and company I've used them in the past and will switching back shortly.

I am was greatly impressed by the customer service experience at Safe Start. I had the pleasure to work with Lissa who went above and beyond what I was expecting of her. Not only did she help answer all my questions (and I had a lot), she made sure I was fully aware and prepared for the process of getting my IID removed. I got a strong sense that Lissa truly cares about her clients which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
