  I have never had a worse moving experience than this one! They accepted me as a client right away, but once I made the first payment, I was waiting for a callback or even an email answer, until I threatened to report them to my bank for fraud. Five minutes later, I got a call. only to be handled less like a client and more like an adversary. When they came to empty my shipping container, they claimed we had more than a 20-foot container and charged me more! I was charged for packing things that had previously been packed. They had only one person and were eight days old when they arrived at 9:30 p.m.

  This was the worst moving experience I've ever had! They were quick to accept me as a client, but when I paid the initial payment, I could expect a callback or even an email response, until I sent an email threatening to turn them into my bank for fraud. Within five minutes, I received a call. only to be treated more like an enemy than a client. They said we had more than a 20-foot container and charged me extra when they arrived to unpack my shipping container! billed me for packing items that had already been packed. They arrived at 9:30 p.m. and were eight days old. with just one individual.

  Not a single star! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! I spent more than 21 years in the military. I moved more than ten times during that time. I had the worst moving experience of my life when I moved with Family Van Lines. On the scheduled start date, the moving staff failed to arrive. Rather, they were unprepared and arrived a day later. They chose to deposit half of my belongings in an arbitrary storage container after running out of vehicle space. As a result, my products were handled multiple times without my knowledge or consent. They informed me that our bill will quadruple the price we were quoted after putting half of my belongings in an arbitrary storage unit. After that, my items were delivered in

  I was disappointed with my experience with Safe Reliable Movers. While they did arrive on time, communication felt inconsistent and unorganized. The movers struggled with reassembling my desk, and even after they left, I realized the drawers were installed incorrectly. I reached out to the owner, but the situation was frustrating and took several days to resolve. Although they eventually responded, the overall experience left me feeling like the team wasn’t as skilled or efficient as promised. I expected a smoother, more professional move based on their reputation, but I wouldn’t use Safe Reliable Movers again.

  I’ve moved 3 times in 5 years and used Safe Responsible Movers for all of them, but this last experience was very disappointing. Communication wasn’t as smooth as before — getting a quote and scheduling took longer, and some of my questions went unanswered. I also chose to have them handle the packing this time, which turned out to be a mistake. The team seemed rushed, mixed items from different rooms, and a few things were scratched or misplaced. The movers themselves were polite, but the overall coordination just wasn’t there. What used to be a stress-free experience became frustrating and tiring. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be using Safe Responsible Movers again after this.
