  I really like this place but heaven forbid you need longer than 8 minutes to go through your storage unit, you will be left in the dark. The lights are motion activated. The sensor is only near the door when you walk in. If you have a unit at the end of the hallway, you will have to stumble your way out of your unit in the dark to walk down to the end of the hallway to jump around and wave your arms to get the sensor to activate your motion to get the lights on... every 8 minutes. You could bring your own light, but when I want to swing by on a whim, I don't usually have a lantern with me. So far, this place has been great, but that glaring quirk makes this place a bit frustrating. And yes, I brought it up to them politely at the front desk and they said "yeah, we know. Other people have complained about that too. But the owners haven't done anything about it."

  I've had storage units here for 10 years and I have 5 units total. I've never had any problems and Bill has been a great guy to work with. Never had any issues. Highly recommended!
