I recently revisited Sabor Inka after years of not coming here and I was thrilled to see they renovated the interior tastefully! The food is just as delicious as I remembered. The Marisos y tigre was the standout dish for me as it had so much variety and freshness. I went here for a birthday dinner and they were so accommodating.

My family and I came to eat to this peruvian Restaurant but it's so sad when you ask Lomo saltado and they bring you the same meat they used for other kind of dishes not cooked specifiqly for it like a real Lomo saltado also they used Wal-Mart frozen fries that were over cooked ,we ask for more courtesy bread and they didn't bring us more unless we pay for it also we ask for a spicy sauce called Rocoto and not only we were charged doble for but they used habanero instead with its white seed in it I think to pay more than $200 for the ticket people deserve better I didn't wanted to review this but I can't stand the stomachache I have at this time because of it

I’ve always believed Peruvian food deserves to be celebrated as some of the best in the world, and Sabor Inka absolutely proves it. As a self-proclaimed Peruvian cuisine enthusiast, I was impressed with how perfectly executed every dish was. The ceviche, in particular, was out of this world—vibrant, balanced, and incredibly fresh. A true delight from start to finish!

It would be our first time trying Peruvian cuisine. However, we were never served. We waited about 5 minutes to be seat at a table, right next to a table of six to eight people. It was crowded and loud, very very overstimulated. We seems to be forgotten because we did not get water 15 minutes after being seated. The table of three came after us and got served water right away. We were so eager to taste the food at this so called 4-star restaurant but it was a disappointment. We had to leave as we did not feel welcome. If your excuse was “we are busy on the weekends,” mind you I saw at least three waitresses/waiters just standing in the back while we walked out. Not sure what made them so busy that two glasses of water seems impossible.
