My AC was acting up on the hottest day of the year and everyone i called in the area including them were booked 4 or 5 days out. i laid down will little hope and a few hours later SA Sloop called back and said they had a guy with some extra time in between appointments that could stop by. Larson and his trainee Will were here in minutes and deduced my issues immediately. Having never been a customer Larson and the whole SA Sloop team treated me like i was a valued customer on my first day. I will use them again.
