  We are over-the-moon happy with SAS Constructioon. Nathan, Scott, and their incredible team of craftsman carefully listened to my needs, concerns, and wants. They transformed my crude drawing into a horse barn far exceeds my wildest expectations. The men are meticulous craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Often they showed up early and worked late. And they are the nicest people, going the extra mile to help us. It has been a true pleasure to have them on our farm. Nathan and Scott truly mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. When I had a question or a concern, they addressed immediately. They are great listeners and top-notch builders. Jerry, their electrician, ensured the ceiling fans and wall fans circulate the air and keep us all cool. The lighting in my barn is fantastic. He listened to my needs for great lighting and made sure the stalls, feed room, hay area, and tack room are brightly lit with a soft glow. No shadows. Of course, everything is to code. The whole process, from initial consultation to finish, has been seamless. Nathan knew how to communicate with the insurance company to maximize our claim. The building materials were all top quality. They did not skimp anywhere. Nathan is a great communicator. When I texted him, he quickly responded. He always kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on. He was always honest and straightforward with me. Thanks to SAS Construction, we've enjoyed the best summer I can remember. It was fun to see the various projects come to life. It felt like Christmas every day. I would highly recommend SAS Construction for any project.

  Nathan and team did a great job on our deck replacement project. They worked in pouring rain followed by a heat wave to get the job done. Always quick with communication and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Would highly recommend!

  I had various quotes and S.A.S Construction was the most reasonable and detailed quote for a new deck. Nathan answered any questions I had quickly. A friend had a deck done by S.A.S recently and highly recommended them. Nathan was very responsive and helped me decide on my best option. He kept me informed on the work schedule and his crew always showed up on time and were very efficient and detailed with their work. I am so proud of my new deck.
