I received at least five requests for reviews and feedback every day so I don’t generally respond. But our HDH really deserves our support. They are unfailingly kind most importantly to my dog but also to me they’re very skilled. They’ve never scared me wrong and my dog loves going there

My dog died on June 2024, not long after I saw their services. Although I have requested them to stop sending me emails, they are still doing it, very disrespectful to people’s feelings!

They were very understanding of my nervous dog and we got through our appointment free of any drama.

The exotic vet was very kind with Gonzo. He had a respiratory infection that seemed like it got better with the medications but unfortunately wasn't the case. His symptoms were gone - no sneezing, no wheezing. But he still lost weight even though he was eating and after a little run he went into a fit of gasping for air. I felt guilty, I thought we were going in the right direction. Little Gonzo loved to be outside his cage with the family, wandering around and nibbling on rice, lettuce, apples, pigeon seed, etc. He was gentle at home and loved pets and kisses. We will miss his lttle wobbles and hearing the sound of him playing with his chimes and toys. No matter the size or form, all souls are valuable as was Gonzos. I hope he felt he had a loving life. Thank you Rye Harrison for treating Gonzo so carefully and not looking down on him for being a pigeon. Thank you also for the donation in his memory to the Humane Society of Westchester. I received the letter today, that was very sweet. Thank you for honoring him.
