Staff is friendly when I call asking a question. I recommended this agency to my uncle, that lives in Saginaw. I would love to talk to Mr. Wagner about homeowners insurance quotes at the end of the year. Not too fond with what I have now.

In the past year they have been so bad at doing their job I had to swap to a different state farm agent. I own a business so it is a big deal if I need proof of my general liability and they refuse to return my calls and emails. I literally had to have the other insurance agent call them on behalf of me. Surprise... they actually answered when pressured. It was a horrible experience feeling unable to conduct business because of someone else. Now I'm happy with my new Agent in Redford... I should have made this change a long time ago. If customer service and communication is important to you do not use Ryan Wagner.
