Austin reached out to me thinking he was reaching out to an existing customer (wrong number!), so I told him I wasn't who he was trying to get ahold of and that I already had coverage. He was very polite, apologized, and offered to give me a quote since we were already talking, and I figured, why not? Long story short, I'm now a State Farm customer, with better coverage, lower deductibles, plus I added renter's insurance and a few other things I didn't even have with my prior coverage.
