His office was recommended through MetLife Legal, which is a benefit offered by my husband’s employer. We met with Mr. Pry to handle an issue involving my father-in-law’s estate. Unfortunately, we could not get him to return our phone calls. He was supposed to write a letter to the estate administrator, but that never happened.
The office assistant is kind and professional, but she can only do what he instructs her to do. I don’t blame her—especially when I was told he was out of town, yet suddenly he was available to take a call. Despite multiple attempts, we are still waiting for a return call after nearly two months.
If you need something handled promptly or want consistent communication, this is probably not the right attorney for you.

If I could give this attorney negative stars, I would. He was hired to settle an estate for our family over a year ago. He promised that it would be finalized and checks distributed at the end of June 2020. Never heard from him. I contacted his office in July only to be told that he had left to start his own practice and they had no idea what the status of any cases were. I called his new number and only got voicemail. I left numerous messages and he finally returned a call stating the estate would be settled in August. Guess what? Nope. I've had to call every couple of weeks to find out what's going on. He then promised it would be settled the first week of October. Guess what? Nope. He still refuses to return phone calls and apparently doesn't bother to update his secretary with the status so that she can call us. In 12 weeks, it will be 2 years since this process started. If you want someone to competently assist with your estate planning, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will be busy assuredly disappointed by Mr. Pry's horribly unprofessional excuse for an estate lawyer.
