I called and spoke to a man on the phone. I just had a few questions for him to answer. He was rude, disrespectful, and seemed to be very uneducated in the field of pluming and heating. He made me feel as though my phone call was a burden and abruptly hung up on me. I am very disappointed in this company and i will make sure that i pass this negative review to all of my friends, family, and co workers in the new britain area as well as angies list.
