  Ruth Krishnan Real Estate, particularly Lauren Neuschel, was phenomenal throughout our home-buying experience. Since we’re relocating from out of state, we didn’t know the area too well—but Lauren spent an entire day driving us around to give us a feel for different neighborhoods, and then dedicated the rest of a very intense week helping us explore homes and communities that matched what we were looking for. Thanks to her tireless effort, deep market knowledge, and sharp instincts, we accomplished everything we hoped to in that one trip—something we were sure would take multiple visits. Lauren helped us quickly get our heads around the local market, using recent sales and trends to educate us and guide our expectations. She listened deeply, understood our priorities, and translated that into thoughtful recommendations. Her communication was proactive and clear—she always had us prepared for the next step before we even knew to ask. We were able to get into contract without writing multiple offers, and even had to complete the transaction remotely. From another state, we felt completely confident that Lauren had our back. She remained actively involved with the seller, making sure everything that needed attention got it. Her thoroughness in reviewing documents and keeping communication smooth and efficient gave us peace of mind throughout the process. It was clear at every step that she put our interests first, and her integrity and professionalism were evident in everything she did. Lauren’s care and commitment didn’t stop at the sale. She’s continued to check in, offer local recommendations, and make sure we feel supported every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or agent.   From the beginning to the end of my house search, Ruth and her team were very helpful and I am glad I went with them. Lauren was my realtor and it was a pleasure working with her. At every step she was thoughtful, informative and thorough. I was given enough data points about what locations are feasible, what recent comps look like, and the estimates for the house were on point. She was diligent in the agent inspections, in summarizing disclosures, in having connections to vendors who can help me with my needs, and very helpful in making a successful bid. At no point did I feel any pressure from her, she was kind and always answered all my questions. Overall I highly recommend them!

  Yes. The poor reviews are correct. Extremely condescending, very entitled, snobby. Ruth is the kind of two faced agent you DO NOT want to work with. She pressures you. Thinks she knows better and will scoff at you if you disagree with her. Her pitch on how she wants an extra percentage point versus other agents for her work is one of those reverse psychology nonsense to make you think you’re missing out on some great secret if you don’t choose her. But at the end of the day, she’s just like any other basic agent. She doesn’t have a special network of buyers others don’t know about, she doesn’t have some special way of getting more for your property. She’s just very greedy. And fake. That smile fake. That nice attitude fake. She’s the epitome of fake. So disappointed that I didn’t see through it and wasted my time with her.

  We recently worked with Yesenia and the Ruth Krishnan Team to sell our San Francisco condo. We couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Yesenia was extremely professional and helpful throughout. She provided a clear explanation of the sales process and outlined a strategy to maximize the final sale price. At the start of the process we were provided a detailed plan and budget to prepare the apartment for sale. Her team hired experienced contractors, and scheduled and attended all inspections. We were provided with regular updates throughout - no surprises! After 2 open houses we received multiple offers, these were shared through a spreadsheet using Google Docs. Once again, Yesenia explained the pros and cons of each offer which helped us decide which to accept. The final offer exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend Yesenia and the Krishnan Team more highly.
