  The worst service I've received in a very long time. They sold me a used device as new, and I had to send it back because it didn't work. I will never trust this company again. The customer service is terrible; I waited more than 20 minutes for a sales representative to help me, and when I went to pay, the cashier was telling another customer her life story. I no longer recognize Russo; it's definitely not my first choice anymore.

  Poor customer service. stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out at the cashier counter - only had 1 person working at cashier station - while another female employee sat less than 20 feet away on her phone/social media. I asked her is she could assist since the cashier was struggling to enter orders and she refused. If this is the way you want to business, than I will go elsewhere. It is ridiculous the amount of money my business spends here in a year and cannot get decent customer service. I'd like to know what the female employee (who finally did assist in my transaction) wrote on the (white) order sheet with all the "!!!" following what she wrote..... 10/17/2025 Spoke with the manager, Christian, who took the time to discuss this matter and was very apologetic and appreciative that I took the time to post this review. We both agreed this was a coaching opportunity for Russo therefore, I am changing my review. It appears this business is truly interested in providing excellent customer experience. Thank you.
