  I'm not sure, which store I ordered from because It was online. I ordered a rebuild kit for my john deere D105 deck mower. I think the thing was delivered within seven days. The price was half the price of anybody else I checked. Fast delivery and a great price.It just arrived today, unbelievable.Thank you

  Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. Ordered a cutting edge online and after 2 weeks they still did not ship. Told me they were waiting on supplier (Western). I called western myself and they had plenty in stock so I bought direct from them. Cutting edge will be here in 5 days.

  We took our new mower there to get fixed a few months back. They said it was fixed and had the same issue arise in a few weeks. I took it to the same shop again to get fixed AGAIN. It’s been a month now and no word. I just called them and spoke with someone in service and they said they had no information at all. This tells me it’s never been looked at. I informed her that the mower is still under warranty and she tells me now they have to file a claim. We told them this when we dropped it off a month ago. So my advice for anyone needing their equipment back in a timely fashion is to find another shop
