Waited in line for 20 minutes to find they did not have parts needed. They are under staffed and waiting in line for people to acknowledge or help you is not how I waste time. Won't be back.

Walked into Russo to buy a lawn mower. I stood at the counter to get help and was completely ignored. A man was on the computer right in front of me but wouldn’t even look at me. Several other employees walked right past me, but none would make eye contact. I waited five minutes and then left. They really need to work on their customer service. I did get the mower I wanted at Lowes.

Very bad experience with them. We dropped off our zero turn mower with electrical issues when they were still Midway. We explained the problem multiple times, mower dies about halfway thru mowing our 3 acre yard, has to be put on the charger before finishing mowing. We replaced the fuse multiple times and put a new stator/rectifier in and still had issues. They told us it would be a week or two before they were able to look at it which was understandable, we dropped it off in the beginning of April, obviously a busy time. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing back. I called them and politely asked if they had a progress update, they said not yet. I called them back a week later and they said it was still being looked at. I asked if they knew what the issue was to see what parts/service it would need, and they didn't know about an issue. Later that week, they called and said it was done and that we could pick it up. When we got there, they very proudly declared it was a blown ground fuse and that they fixed it and it was all good to go. We explained that we knew about that, we had replaced the fuse multiple times and still continued to have issues. They said they didn't know about that, even though we told them when we dropped it off and then again on the phone the second time I had called them. They asked if we wanted them to look at it further and I said no, we would like the mower back since it had been almost 5 weeks and that we would take it somewhere else. The lady at the service counter got offended and said she would bring the service manager out to discuss this with us. We were irritated about it but not extremely frustrated or anything, we were planning to just let it go and move on. However, she sent the service manager out with the mower to pull it back to our trailer. When he brought it to us, he told us that "the popping noise is from the clutch, it may be going bad but you don't need to put one in right away, it's nothing to urgently worry about or spend money on". We told him it was there for ELECTRICAL issues and he was surprised, apparently he had no idea why it was there and neither did whoever checked the vehicle in, or whoever looked at it. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the length of time it took them to not even diagnose the problem. The only silver lining is that they only charged us $100 for parts/labor instead of pretending they spent hours and hours on it, so at least they didn't lie about that. I chose this place because of the good reviews online. They were misleading, perhaps it was the change of ownership, who knows. Next time I will ask people I know for a recommendation instead of trusting reviews on the internet.
