Well, I got a letter from State saying my Driver License would be suspended on 12/24/24 due to an Insurance issue. Well my bills were paid usually a month in advance. Took letter to Nicole and she did not see any issues and told me I could fix the problem. The State don't send you a letter unless they receive something from Insurance company. Letter stated State Farm could send in electronic report showing my insurance was good. As much as I pay State Farm why could they not do this? I was very unhappy with Nicole and walked out stated I was leaving this Agent, Russ and so I did....
