  I really enjoy walking into a place and being greeted with a warm smile and treated like family — that’s exactly what I experience every time I visit State Farm with Kelsi McDonald. She’s always attentive, listens carefully, and works with you to meet your needs. Kelsi is one of the many reasons I’m happy to have State Farm as my insurance company.

  Kelsi has been so helpful in the process of getting insurance and with our accident. It was a hit and run. She has made it a month process in getting the paperwork done and through all of the steps.
