  I can’t say enough good things about Rushmore Bikes in Spearfish. Their customer service is top-notch — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting you back out riding as quickly as possible. I brought my bike in for repair, and they took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, explain what needed to be done, and had it tuned up perfectly. It rides better now than when it was new. The whole team is professional and easy to work with, and it’s clear they care about both the bikes and the riders in our community. Highly recommend them for repairs, maintenance, and gear — they’re the best in the Black Hills!

  We had our bikes tuned up this week, in preparation for an upcoming camping trip. Isaac was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us ready to go ahead of schedule. We also bought a bike rack and he showed me how to install and attach the bikes.

  Great friendly service, great at making sure you're informed and aware of what they are doing to help. Good communication as well and bike was ready to go in just a few days.

  We needed some tire work. Jeff and Isaac stayed late to get them ready for pickup the next morning. They even adjusted the brakes without mentioning the squeak my wife’s bike has had. Excellent!
