I recently took a strength-only class at Rumble Boxing Westfield with Coach Raphael, and it was fantastic! Coach Raphael is incredibly knowledgeable and pushes you to get the most out of your workout. The class was well-structured, focusing on building strength while ensuring proper form and technique. Highly recommend Coach Raphael and the strength classes at Rumble Boxing Westfield!

I recently joined the boxing gym in Westfield, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The combination of strength training and boxing has transformed my fitness routine. Each class offers a different template, making every session both challenging and exciting. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a motivating atmosphere that pushes you to reach your goals. The camaraderie among members fosters a sense of community, making it a great place to work out. If you’re looking for a gym that offers an energizing mix of boxing and strength training, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I recently took Coach Avery’s class and it was obvious she doesn’t even know how to throw a proper hook or give coaching cues for basic punches. Anyone with even a beginner’s knowledge of boxing will see right away this is not real instruction. Calling this “boxing” is misleading and unsafe without proper coaching, people can get hurt. I would never recommend this gym to anyone looking for a safe and effective workout. This place seriously needs qualified trainers who actually know how to teach boxing.

For anyone looking to try Rumble that wants to learn to box for self-defense, while it is fun and a great cardio workout it's not an actual boxing class that will teach you self-defense. It's very fast paced, more like an aerobics class with a small amount of boxing. They make the room look like a dark club with loud music and lights, but I was disappointed when I did the free trial because I thought I was going to learn to box for real.
