  What a vibrant and energizing place. The trainers are really good at motivating you, guiding you through the class and helping you pushing your limits. In only 2 months I’ve seen my body getting toned and the cellulite layer disappearing. It’s not a regular gym that feels like a chore but a fun place that makes me want to go back.

  My son went to cancel the membership, and the lady at the front desk simply asked him to sign a form without explaining anything. It was a very short form and seemed harmless, so my son signed it. She told him he could continue attending sessions for free for the next 30 days. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that I was charged immediately on the 24th—despite the fact that they usually charge on the 1st of the month. I contacted them to ask what was going on, and they claimed that because we didn’t give a 30-day notice, the charge still applied. When I asked for a copy of the form, I saw a clause that said: "I understand that I will be charged one month beyond the date of this cancellation request. I have a 30-day window to rejoin without having to pay an enrollment fee. I understand that I may continue to use the facility until the cancellation effective date." My son said he never saw that statement or had it explained to him. When I asked the staff at the front desk, they said they didn’t know anything about it. This place is unbelievable. How can they mislead a 14-year-old like that? Also, when I first signed up for this membership, there was no contract presented—nothing in writing—and now they are making these kinds of charges and excuses. Be careful with this place!

And Coach Vic is the coach you want leading the charge. The front desk staffs are always welcoming and professional.
