Great place to get a workout in the morning. Their 6am classes are the best 💪

Rumble is a great workout! As someone who has a fair amount of injuries, they do a great job providing options for all levels of fitness (including the option to go absolutely nuts and workout harder than you ever have). I've been going to gyms since I was 15, and I've never had a more intense, gratifying, or outright fun time working out than when I'm at Rumble. You simultaneously feel like a superhero and a fighter, all at once. Give it a shot - you'll be glad you did!

It’s a clean and nice gym, convenient location and parking. I do YogaSix (located just next door) sometimes after rumble boxing classes. The workouts they offer are not really High intensity though, at least for me it is somewhere between low to medium intensity, so I do the workout when I feel tired and don’t want real high intensity workouts or on my active recovery day. Also, you need to work on some basic forms in boxing, the coaches don’t really correct your form so it’s important that you get the form right yourself. Tried 60mins workout today, I burned fewer than 300Cal and Max HR 65%. As a comparison I did 1 hour F45 yesterday, burned 500Cal and Max HR 90%.
