I have been working out at Rumble Boxing - Fishhawk for three months now, and the results are incredible. I've seen a real difference in my muscle definition and overall endurance. What truly sets this gym apart is the team: the staff and trainers are genuinely motivating, supportive, and kind. Finding this place has been a game-changer, and I highly recommend it!

Fun exercise class (but you get a great workout in too!). The young lady at the front desk was really nice, and the trainer, KJ, did a fabulous job and made me feel welcome on my first day. The exercises projected on the wall is a super neat touch. The music and lighting were good.

I tried Rumble’s intro class, their workouts are in a dark room with club style music. It was fun and high energy. If you're new, the dark room can help by offering cover. Since others can’t easily see your form, it takes the pressure off if you're still learning and feel self-conscious about mistakes. On the downside, the dark room makes it hard for you and the trainer to see your mistakes and bad form, which can raise the risk of injury if you push too hard. That said, form correction isn’t the focus at Rumble. With one trainer running the whole class, there's no room for individual feedback, so don't expect them to go around correcting your form. The workout is built more for cardio and sweating than learning how to box. Personally, Rumble isn't for me. I wish they offered 1-1 boxing classes for those who want more technical training, I’d easily pay extra for that. TLDR: If your goal is to sweat, get your heart rate up, and enjoy a nightclub style cardio workout, this is the place for you. If your goal is to actually learn boxing technique, you’re better off finding a private coach or a more technical boxing gym.

The only place that has ever worked for me. It's the people that keep me going. From the coaches/trainers to the members. This environment is everything. I went from never working out ever aside from lifting the remote to wanting .... Needing to work out. I look forward to every single class! 18 classes down and counting!! If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and do it! Getting there is the hardest part but once you are there, they've got you! Shout out to KJ, Mike, Paige, Jacky and Court!!!
