    I tried the free class. I got a great upper body and core workout. When it got too intense I took a break. The location is convenient - next to REI and Buffalo Wild Wings. I plan to go back.

    Fun place to get in a workout. The trainers are energetic and lively as well as the music the play. They take time to explain things if you are a beginner. I feel like it’s a no judgement zone. Just try your best and move your body. It makes a difference! Give it a try.

    Great welcoming atmosphere for all types. The studio is clean, fun, exciting! The music is fun and gets you all pumped up! The instructors are very clear and helpful. Im hooked! I walk away knowing my body will thank me later!

    Enjoyed it would definitely recommend. Liz was fantastic. Super friendly and went the extra mile before the class going over everything and making you feel welcomed and excited for the class. Will definitely be back!

    I have been to Coach Sammy & Nancy’s classes and they are both amazing, very supportive instructors! Their energy is amazing, you can tell they really want you to feel comfortable and encourage you to move in the ways that feel best for you. I have loved the classes I have gone to!
