  Lovely little restaurant tucked on the side of 8th Street. The staff, the food, the ambience were absolutely amazing! Leaving with a full belly and a happy heart!

  Rudy's is a staple! Nothing fancy decor wise awesome breakfast and brunch staff is attentive and consistent. I strongly recommend the Juevos Ranchero, above avg green Chile and in Colorado that is a strong compliment. Pricing is right and the food is too!

  My family met us there for lunch, we dont live in town. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. I ordered shrimp civeche tostadas. Others got breakfast foods, my son had fajitas. The refried beans are the best around.
