  Worst Brisket sandwich I have ever had. So dry, it was like eating smoked flavored cardboard. Bad thing when ordering to go food, you don't know what you get until you get home. Will never order brisket sandwich here again.

  11/10/25 On past visits, the brisket has been great and the ribs were perfect. I was so disappointed with the brisket and the ribs this time! The pork ribs were so tough and chewy and they were served at room temperature. The brisket was full of chewy gristle, and there was a LOT since I ordered a pound and a half of it. The brisket wasn't much warmer than those pork ribs. I would expect less than awesome meat if I was ordering 30 minutes before closing time, but our visit occurred during the noon hour when you'd expect the meat to be at optimal level. My wife and I spent $80 on very mediocre meat that did not represent the quality we expect from Rudy's. I'm sure our dog enjoyed it as his standards are a bit lower. 🙄 The only pisitive....the half pound of turkey was good.

  The only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere. Extremely subpar food. I have zero idea what the hype here is.

  I ordered brisket from here cause I heard the brisket in Texas was good. I ordered to go and the sides were wrong, the brisket was tough and not well seasoned. I had better brisket in navy boot camp. If I could give zero stars I could.

  Order a potato with brisket she even gave me barbeque sauce. Opened up to what is a burnt half eaten potato with cheese and butter. They forgot the brisket. Charged for a potato with meat and got bullshit CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Unwrap it at the window. Very disappointed
