    Very skimpy on the meat, I got a baked potatoe and it probably had less of a 1/4 of a pound of brisket lol on it. The female Manager on shift tonight was a big micro manager, everything that the staff would do she would be right there to correct them, on the smallest things. All the employees seemed very capable so I was confused as to why she was constantly inputting on simple things ! Made it seem like she was making the work environment hostile.

    Drive thur was 6 cars deep so I went on the inside. Walked up to the counter to order and I was the only person at the counter to order. There was 6 employees standing with backs turned to me and no one acknowledged I was there. I waited and then just walked out. When your business drops off due to sales I would look at replacing lazy employees. Customers will always return when someone offers good customer service.

    The food here is delicious! I was craving good BBQ for months and Rudy's food hit the spot! The staff were so helpful and friendly it made my experience here more enjoyable. It was also very clean!

    We ordered the baked potato with chop. The chop was great, but a little dry. The potato was HARD. Not sure if it was undercooked or overcooked. We just mashed it as well as we could. Side note: I wish they wouldn’t sweep around us while we were eating. Banging the chairs around and flicking the dirt towards us was not very pleasant.

    Drive thru window customer service needs improvement, this is a frequent issue there. Management should visit the drive thru as a customer and see for themselves.
