The food is always fresh, smoky, and full of flavor. The brisket is tender and juicy, the ribs fall right off the bone, and the creamed corn is absolutely addictive. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it perfect for both family meals and hanging out with friends. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they really make the experience enjoyable. I also appreciate the generous portions—you definitely get your money’s worth. Overall, Rudy’s delivers amazing BBQ every time. If you’re craving authentic Texas-style barbecue in a relaxed setting, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  Usually much better. Order taker not very friendly and spoke very little. Didn’t know what the brisket point was when I ask for half flat and half point. Brisket was dry and stiff. We left several slices because it just wasn’t good.
