  If you dump stuff expect to empty it out yourselves as the two Hispanic men they have there are lazy and will not do it. Been there 3 times and not once have they helped they just sat around laughing and talking.

  We needed a small dumpster as we removed carpet and doing renovation. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and when I called her back to rent a dumpster, she had kept the details of our conversation 3 days earlier. Delivery was prompt. Driver was very courteous. Removal was prompt. Would use them again.

  I have used RTI multiple (8 or 9) times over the last 12 months for dumpster / construction debris removal. They always deliver great customer service! I almost never write reviews, but Shelli and RTI have earned this one. Exceptional!

  I recently contacted RTI to get a dumpster and they did a wonderful job of accommodating my needs. They were polite and helpful even after my repeated calls on updates on availability since I was doing all this last minute. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to scheduling on my end but she was very informative and helpful even though I didn’t complete the transaction due to issue on my end.

  OMG...Hands down best trash service in the River Valley!!! My husband and I started a small business a little over a year ago and have called on RTI from day one. From our first experience to our most recent they have been amazing to work with I would give them 10 stars if I could
