Jose Lugo,
Came to my house to do a general electrical inspection make sure all the electrical Outlets, Fire alarms, breaker panels etc. are functioning properly and up to code.
He came on time. He was very friendly, very professional and explained a couple of things about the electrical outlets. As always with everybody, I’ve worked with at this company. He was terrific and I will always use this company going forward.

We called to have them look at a tankless water heater that was leaking. They determined it was best to replace it which I agree with. However they wanted to charge $9500 to replace this item.
This was an astonishing number considering the unit itself only cost around $750-$1,000. I understand people deserve to make money for their labor, however $8,500 for labor is ridiculous. Be careful you aren’t getting scammed and make sure to do your homework before agreeing to these astonishing prices. He was extremely rude, and it was obvious he wanted to make a sale rather than fix the leak problem. BE CAREFUL!!!
If there were a sixth star, Jonathan the electrician would have earned it, mounted it, and wired it to glow brighter than the Vegas strip. From the moment he stepped through my door, it was as if professionalism itself had taken human form. He didn’t just carry a tool bag—he carried an aura of confidence that said, “Yes, I can and will fix everything in your house, possibly your life, and maybe even the national power grid if necessary.”
His charismatic demeanor deserves its own Broadway show. You don’t just get electrical work done when Jonathan arrives—you get a full masterclass in charm, wit, and the kind of magnetic presence that could probably light up a small town without a generator. He explained every step with such clarity that I went from barely knowing what a breaker was to feeling like I could teach a night course on circuitry.
As for knowledge? Calling him “knowledgeable” feels like calling Einstein “decent at math.” Jonathan operates at a level where you half expect the laws of physics to pause and take notes while he works. He didn’t just solve my electrical issue—he obliterated it, leaving my home’s wiring in such pristine condition that I’m pretty sure my house now hums with pride.
If Zeus himself needed help rewiring Olympus, he’d put down the lightning bolt and call Jonathan. This man isn’t just an electrician—he’s an electrical demigod in work boots.

Jesse Moncada earned 5 stars for his thorough review of my AC that continued to freeze after an inspection and replacement of the capacitor two days ago. Moreover Jesse patiently schooled me about how the system works as well as clearly answered the questions I had prepared from my research on the AC. Jesse inpinpointed the system part behind the problem, although the problem did not reoccur while he was here. However, should the problem reoccur I can now better troubleshoot issues and make a sound decision about whether to repair or purchase a new system.

I don’t know if it’s just a product of our times but I’ve grown cynical of home service companies. Needing a possible repair for an item in our homes has become throwing a dart and praying. But the cynical side of me got punched today. Jesse at R R Electric Heating & Air is NOT only a superior air & heating tech, he is exactly the kind of tech that you remember and will ask for when something goes on the fritz, as they say. He not only explains his diagnosis in a non disparagingly way, he walks you through what you need to have whatever machine run at its optimum. Jesse is a wonderful asset at R R.
