  Rodolfo was very kind and quick to diagnose the problem! He fixed it and did a test to ensure everything else was running great as well. I would recommend him and will use him and Royal for future problems.

  Jonah was great! Very personable and friendly, he called in a senior manager when things got technical which I appreciated instead of what some techs do, which is sort of stumble and fake their way through.

  Typically, I won’t leave reviews because I think consumers are forced to leave stellar reviews when they’re not warranted. This was a delightful exception for me. James was professional, helpful, thoughtful - and left my home pristine in every area that he worked. Kudos, James.

  The only positive experience I had with this company was that they were able to install my furnace the next day. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. To complete the job, they cut a large hole in the side of my house — which I understand was necessary — but left broken concrete scattered around the area instead of cleaning it up. They also failed to properly seal around the hoses going through the exterior wall, leaving an open path for bugs and critters to get inside. The biggest issue, however, was that they cut through existing wires during the install. I overheard one of the workers say “oh crap,” but no one informed me about it. I later discovered the problem myself and had to call them back. Their “repair” was simply twisting the wires together with wire nuts and electrical tape, without placing them in a junction box as required by code. Even after their return visit, the wire is still rubbing against their sheet metal and poor sealing work, which you can clearly see in the attached pictures. Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and disregard for basic electrical safety.
