- PGPreston GOct 6, 20251.0Wow... what can I say? Probably the single worst grooming we have ever gotten our dog. Hair was uneven throughout. Close cuts here and there, untouched areas elsewhere. I was told she got a bath, but that is VERY unlikely. None of the cut hair was removed, causing hair to get everywhere on pick up. She smelled like outside still, unlike every other place that actually gave her a bath... oh, and there was still fecal residue around her posterior, the whole reason we brought her in the first place. $69?!?! For what I could have done with a $15 set of clippers?? Crazy... Good News is, hair grows back. Bad News is, I have to bathe her myself anyway. We brought her here because of the good reviews, so take mine for what you will. But this is atrocious for almost $70. Not sure what their standards are, but apparently they are not the same as mine.

From the moment Max took care of her, it was clear she felt comfortable, happy, and confident. That alone was such a relief for me. Not only did Max treat her with incredible care, but the quality of the bath and grooming was outstanding, she has never looked or felt better. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable, which makes the unmatched level of service even more impressive. We’re so thankful to have found her spa home and can’t recommend Royal Oak Dog Grooming (and Max!) enough. 🐾 💙
