  Congratulations Peter Nauditt of Royal Business Systems for having such a professional & competent staff. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They keep our machines well maintained and in the event of a mechanical issue, they will do whatever it takes to get our equipment running so our workflow is uninterrupted!

  They say what they are going to do and they do it. It is not just about the sale to them. The service afterward is amazing. I do have to say that Thomas and Rodger are amazing to work with. Thank you Royal Business for doing a great all-around job.

  This company is very top notch to work with! Their IT department that helps out with copier problems are extremely fast and they truly realize who the customer is and how to keep them happy. We have done five copier/scanners through them over the last 8 years and find their reliability and service to be second to none. I am amazed at their level of customer service, which seems to be extremely rare these days. When you find someone to work with like this, you definitely want to stay with them. You really have to look past the sale of the machine and look at the service with it. When they go down, work stops. These guys know how to keep the work going. Can't say enough positive! In addition, the IT professionals at Royal do not have the typical "IT attitude" where there are horrible attitudes and the "can't do" mentality. These IT people are professionals who are totally pleasant and can fix anything quickly. So refreshing to deal with Royal Business Systems! Keep up the incredible work, Royal! Spokane definitely needs you!
