  Can’t say enough nice things about the nurses at Rowan! They talked to my daughter throughout the whole process to keep her calm. She barely noticed that they were done with the piercings. We’ll be back!

  Had a great experience here with my 7-year-old getting her ears pierced for the first time. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful in making the decision of needle vs device because we were undecided, and totally understanding when my daughter was nervous and having second thoughts. Nurse Lex was really great at explaining what each step was, and encouraging her without being pushy. We ended up doing a device piercing so both sides could be done at once, and it was super gentle and sooooo much better than the piercing guns of when I was a kid. It was over so fast my daughter didn’t even cry and was just excited about seeing her earrings! I’m already thinking about coming back for myself soon. 10/10, would recommend!

  My daughter got her ears pierced here and we had a fabulous experience. They did both ears simultaneously to make it easy on her (she’s 4). Amazing nurses:)

  I cannot say enough good things about this process. They let my 6 year old have all the agency to decide how, where and when they pierced. I’m so impressed. Come here.
