  I got my hidden helix pierced and I freaking loved this place! The nurse takes their time in making sure the piercing is being placed exactly where you want it and like it. The staff are extremely welcoming and super helpful in helping you pick out your jewelry. Definitely coming back here to get more piercings!!

  Had such a fantastic experience at Rowan with our 3 year old - Ty was incredible and patient and engaging, and my daughter felt at ease the whole time. She loves her new earrings!

  We tried a tattoo shop first with my 8 year old daughter because I wanted a needle used for getting her ear lobes pierced, but she was not comfortable with the piercers and they had no interest in trying to make her comfortable. The next day (today) we went to Rowan for a needle piercing and our experience was 1000% better. Cute shop, friendly staff, cute jewelry and our nurse Carissa made her feel so comfortable! The adorable little ear pillow for purchase after was the icing on the cake. Thank you Rowan and Carissa, my daughter is so excited to have her ears pierced!

  Tyrissa was so kind and gentle with our 5 year old daughter who was getting her ears pierced for the first time! We were hesitant about doing one ear at a time but Tyrissa was quick and reassuring and it went so smooth! I would highly recommend Rowan and Tyrissa!
