  Overall the Management group is prompt and patience with us in their communication. They are understanding in taking care and managing our investment and property. Our overall experience is very good, especially our property manage, Nicole, is excellent and you can depend on her.

  Round Table takes great care of my tenants! They're are great st communicating with me for any issues or needs. They have their team of people who fix items at my property for a reasonable price.

  Cindy and her team are very professional. They have a well defined process process in place to list, rent out and manage the properties. I like the platform they use to report financials and tax forms. The team is very responsive and they are fair to tenants and owners alike.
