  I have lived in 7 cities and towns across the South. Due to the nature of work I did for 10 years I have been exposed to many Roto Rooter franchises. None has earned a review until now. - Friday mid-day I called and clear expectations were set (including a likely price range for the service!!) -As promised I received the call 20-30 minutes out, near the end of the day. Christian was on time and -Christian knocked it out quick -Price was within the range I had been given This operation is well run and it shows. Fully recommend THIS Roto-Rooter.

  BIG THANK YOU to Rotor Rooter and the repairman that came on a moment's notice. He fixed the problem very quickly and I have not had any problems since.

  Had Roto-Rooter out - Marquice and his Water Restoration team - and they quickly and professionally inspected and quoted work that needed to be done and walked us through everything. Same day, Jarrett came out to cap an unused gas line for us at no cost and was quick and professional, and cleaned up the work site nicely. Excellent experience from the Roto-Rooter team today, thanks! Highly recommend them for plumbing, water damage, and gas line issues.

  I am so happy with the service I received. I made a call and they were out the next morning and had it finished before lunch. The owners and employees are amazing people. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
