Noah @ Roto Rooter did an exceptional job for me with clearing a very bad clog in my piping. He’ll definitely be the one I call for any future incidents. Thanks so much Noah!!

I appreciate the fast and great service. Explained everything easily, was able to help with clean up. I would recommend Roto-Rooter if you have any main line issues! Woke up this morning with water in the basement. Alik came out right away, and was extremely helpful. Alik had amazing customer service, I recommend calling Roto!

We had a backed up sewer drain, with sewage flooding into the basement. Chris got here quickly and got the drain opened back up. He was professional and knowledgeable. I think it was a little expensive for the work done, but not bad, especially given how quick the response time was.

Liars and scammers. I can't begin to tell you how awful my experience was. My main pipe in my house backed up and i made the mistake of hiring them for the demo and repairs. Want an idea of how it went? They were supposed to tear out my damaged wall, ceiling and floor, then spray for mold and repair my main line. 13 total missed appointments. Estimate for my main pipe was 1200.00. After cutting it apart they informed me they would not fix it for less than 2400.00. The employees that emptied my cupboard's left all my glass dishes stacked on my basement floor breaking several in the process. The employees that put the fans in my basement unplugged my deep freezer destroying $500.00 worth of food. I was promised reimbursement, but it was never received. The employees that tore out my floor damaged my stainless-steel refrigerator. They also damaged my wooden floor next to the kitchen. The worst part of it all is the contractor that they sent me to repair my kitchen informed me the plumbing wasn't correct. I texted and called the regional Manager (Todd) and was promised three times the plumber would be back the next morning. They completely ghosted me. I wish i could shout it from the rooftops and give them -5 stars.

We had Roto-Rooter come out after our basement flooded with sewage. They subcontracted another company to handle property restoration and to create a detailed list of everything we lost for insurance purposes. That company completed the list and gave it to Roto-Rooter — but Roto-Rooter has refused to send it to us or our insurance adjuster. For over a month and a half, we (and our insurance representative) have called repeatedly asking for the property loss list and a clear explanation of their billing. Each time, we’re told someone will follow up, but no one ever does. Because of this delay, we still can’t get reimbursed by insurance — and we can’t even get our remaining items back from the subcontractor since Roto-Rooter billed through them. This lack of communication and accountability has left our family stuck and unable to move forward after an already devastating situation. I strongly urge anyone working with Roto-Rooter to be cautious, especially if your insurance is involved. Devin my fiancé has true continuing then for a month now no progress
