was told someone would be here between 4–6. I called at 6:10 only to be told he was still finishing another job. I completely understand that things happen and delays can come up, but a simple courtesy call saying, “I’m running behind,” would have made all the difference. Instead, I was left waiting past the scheduled time with no update, only to be told they’d let me know when he was on the way. That’s not how business should be done. Communication goes a long way, and had I been notified, I would have had no issue.
I updated to a 3 star because I don't feel the whole company should be pushed due to a few people that made a mistake

Im extremely satisfied with Joe’s work he did on my toilet. He was quick, communicated very well, and explained everything in detail. Had a brand new toilet within hours! Thanks Joe!

Fast service, and the problem was eliminated with an auger/snake.
Tech arrived a little early which was great!! Joe was extremely thorough in review of the project. He explained our options and warranties very well. Joe performed the procedures and allowed us to test all the sinks and toilets to confirm there was no back-up prior to leaving. He communicated well, was friendly and kind. We still have more investigating to do to determine the scope of our piping issues and I feel very confident moving forward with this company.
Added: waited weeks for a field service mgr to get back with us. It’s now been over a month - altho I’ve called them - and received no response. Changed from 5 stars to 3.

We had earlier discussed the problem with Cory and James. The workers that came on August 2nd worked diligently under difficult weather conditions. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter again.
