  Matt was very nice and friendly and did a great job. Very satisfied with the work done. He explained everything to us. The man who did the sewer cleaning was also very nice and explained everything to us. Very satisfied.

  They were at my house even faster than the window they gave us! The two guys that were here not only cleaned out the sewer line but used a camera so I could see exactly what the 96 year old line looks like.

  Mickey was wonderful! We reached out to Mike Williams Plumbing first. Did not hear from them all day. I call and Mike Williams texted me letting me know they have no technician for me. My main drain was clogged. Called roto rooter. They told me they could get me a tech between 10PM and 12AM. We were completely fine with that since we got left hanging by the other company for 11 hours. They call back an hour later at like 6PM and says he was done early and had time to come early. Was very quick and communicative. Mess was cleaned up as well! Will definitely use them again!
