  Called them to do some plumbing repairs, and it turned out to be a simple fix. They ALWAYS come when they say they are going to come, and they NEVER say that they can't do something, unlike some other plumbing companies, so I would highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone that is looking for an experienced and reliable plumbing company.

  The plumber did a good job but I had to insist he replaced the part that was acting up. Further to this post, I have since learned that the plumber that attended my house lied to me about what needed to be done. When I signed the invoice I only saw the bottom of the bill, not what the plumber wrote in his comments which were lies. I will be reporting this company to the better Business bureau.

  I called Roto-Rooter as I had a plugged up drain and an over flowing dishwasher that leaked all over the floor …. They were fully booked that Monday but luckily they understood my distress and reached out within a couple of hours !!! They were polite , knowledgeable , friendly and fully organized . They answered clearly all of my questions and concerns and had all of the equipment necessary to deal with my problems promptly and professionally . They even helped out with the wet carpet in the room next to the issue with their shop vacuum and even discovered that my washing machine hose was leaking as well and tightened everything up ! I was so pleased and grateful for everything they had done for me that they definitely turned a nightmare day into a great day !!! The bill was also very reasonable and I will always remember the welcoming “ free compassionate hug “ that was much appreciated that day ! Thank you so much for your great support and service ! I will definitely reach out again if needed 🤗🙏🙏

  Always excellent service. Here's how Roto-Rooter stands out from the rest: always gives you a time slot as to when to expect them (2 hour window max.). Can give you a quote over the phone for standard work, will give estimates before they begin for hourly work . Will always call ahead to confirm they are headed your way on site and really nice, pleasant and professional on site and customer service team. Reliable, affordable, friendly and professional. I've hired them for 3 jobs this year and would only use them going forward.
