  I had the pleasure of dealing with Service Techs Chance and Tyler. Both were very respectful, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. They were upfront and honest about cost and solutions for my issue.

  Highly overpriced! Two refill pieces for inside toilets, installed in 11 minutes. Took 3 times longer to go get parts. $420 is ridiculous 🙄 When I asked about parts prices was told didn't know. We'll I've bought replacement kits , even $50 would be a stretch over actual cost. So $370+ for labor??? Asked if any senior discount, told no. Asked why so high, aid their travel time, going to get parts. Horrible

  We had a leak in our basement from the main water line. When I called and spoke with Blake he was efficient and was able to get Adam out to take a look at it. He assured me I was in good hands and gave me Adam’s background so that I would confident I was having the right person evaluate the issue. After taking to both guys about the issue we knew what we needed to do to have it fixed. Later in the day I made the decision to have it fixed and Blake was ready to get the job done. I informed him that I had to leave my house by 2:00pm and he assured me that wouldn’t be an issue pending no major issues once they got down to the leak. Dennis was the man for the job! He was at our house ready to work that morning. There were a few setbacks but that didn’t hinder him from completing the job. He was aware that I had a deadline of when I needed to leave and that man was in and out in about 3 hours! He wasn’t sloppy in his work. He was diligent and focused. He made sure to take time and answer all the questions that my son had for him. While some workers give short answers to kids to seem disinterested, Dennis took time to give him explanations to make sure he understood. Blake, Adam, and Dennis were all amazing and I will be calling them back with any future plumbing issues. Thank you all so much!
