  Justin came today to give me a bid for a generator. I had already received a bid from a competitor and shared what they had mentioned re: install etc. Justin told me immediately that based on what my use would be a full house generator would be overkill but I asked him for both a “mobile” generator and a full house one. He told me it would take him 15 min to check measurements, requirements etc… Upon looking at location etc…he stated that the location could not be used based on regulations etc…which the competitor never mentioned. So in short I appreciated the diligence , honesty and fast service I received with what appeared to be knowledge and care for the customer. Thank you so much, Justin

  My home came with the electrical outlet and switch already installed, so I bought a garbage disposal and just needed it installed. I found Roth because a former neighbor recommended their Comfort+ program for the HVAC system, and I found out they also do plumbing and it's 10% off with membership. Toby stopped by for a free consultation, gave me a quote, and with and without the Comfort+ membership and told me about how long it would be. I agreed to the price and he got to work. I love that Roth's plumbers are Journeyman, which helped put my mind at ease. Toby was great to work with, he was friendly and explained what I needed to know and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions or anything else to look at while he was here. In the past, my experience with service calls—with other conpanies and in general—has always been gruff technicians that made me feel guilty for calling them. This is my first experience with Roth, but between Toby and Ethan (digital specialist) I'm very impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, approachability, and willing to help put a homeowner at ease.

  I am so happy that we called Roth! This company was very easy to work with, professional, and had great customer service. I was looking for an electrician to come out same day and was looking at several companies in the area. I decided to go with Roth after seeing how professional they seemed and after seeing all the good reviews. I greatly appreciated being sent the photo and name of the technician who would be coming, especially since we’ve got kids at home. It was nice to know who exactly to expect to show up at the door. Justin did a great job. He replaced 3 light fixtures for us and replaced our doorbell chime that wouldn’t stop buzzing, and he did it all within a very reasonable amount of time. He even took the old light fixtures off our hands. We will definitely use Roth again in the future for any home repair needs.

  We have Roth do regular 6-month checkups on our HVAC system for our home. They replace the air filter and look over furnace and A/C units, perform regular maintenance and check that all the parts are working. Today we had their service tech Tim Simmons out to do the work, which took about 2 hours. He was very thorough and found a capacitor or something on our A/C unit that wasn't working. It could have made our A/C unit quit working soon if it wasn't replaced. And being as it's 92° outside today that would have sucked. So I was grateful we have this regular service set up automatically. That part was going to cost $176 to replace. But he checked and thankfully he found that it had a 10 year warranty on the parts of the A/C, so he was actually able to replace it for free. Pleasantly surprised at the end to have zero cost for this as I had already approved and expected an additional $176 for this item. I love the work Tim did. He explained everything thoroughly for me and did great work. Overall also very pleased with Roth. Their communication and customer service is excellent!

  Fantastic company to do business with - as a tradesman myself, I dislike upsells, jargon, or rapid-fire sales. Rick was up-front, transparent, concise, and showed up the same day I scheduled (I got email communication from Roth over Labor Day Weekend but they couldn't schedule until Tuesday after Labor Day) an HVAC repair. He gave me multiple options for the repairs, multiple notes on perceived future work, and really made me feel at ease. While the prices are a bit higher you get what you pay for and Roth Home embodies this ethic - top-notch, friendly, personable service. I'd have absolutely no reservations recommending Roth Home to my grandma and to anyone else. They even cleaned up their work area AND my yard!
