  Ross Movers was such an amazing experience! My parents used them when I was very young and I remember how happy they were then but to get to experience how amazing these guys are myself, really took so much pressure and worry off of us. I have been in a terribly crunch time situation after my mother passed away from dementia along with my daughter having CP, my wife very sick for weeks, anc my own diabetic foot issues with 5 broken toes and on such short such notice, Ross Movers worked is in and were so professional, very polite snd understanding along with very gentle with our belongings and amazingly fast! I couldn’t have asked for a solution to this crazy rough situation! I will never use anyone else but Ross Movers for my moving needs! I recommend Ross Movers to all looking for such a smooth and awesome experience that truly takes such a load off of you physically and mentally! I truly thank them for all of their professional help with my move! 😊😊

  Great service! The guys were on time and fast. They worked hard to get the job done and we were satisfied customers. They took great care of our furniture. They are affordable. These guys are GREAT👍.

  Awful. Absolutely awful. My family used this company for their move. Right off the bat the first words spoken was “We accept tips.” Absolutely rude. They damaged several pieces of furniture. Broke the glass in our China cabinet, almost dropped our fridge (had a family member not been there, they would’ve dropped it for sure), they went in a door that they were told NOT to go through, as they were going through said door, they dropped the armoire and it would’ve been hurt had the guy not fell with it. They told us not to worry about taking items in the drawers out; that they would wrap it, however, while moving they turned it upside down and everything fell out when it was opened at the new location. Broke drawers. Scuffed furniture and flooring. Then…. (And this is the best of all) came back after all was said and done and asked “Where is our tip? We need our tip!” Well here’s a tip for them and for anyone else reading this, for them: “Learn respect and how to take care of others belongings safely. Take guidance and don’t ignore the people you are moving for.” For anyone else reading this: “IF THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL UPON ARRIVAL, SEND THEN AWAY.”
