  I am using my mother’s google account. My name is Kelsey and I am a new resident as well at Rosewood. Working nights means I am sleeping during the day, and Rosewood’s peacefulness allows that! Also, a huge thank you to Tahisha and Brandon for making life easier for my grandparents and mother! Look no further than Rosewood! Brazos instead of sliding doors and accordion doors, couldn’t you allow for French doors like the office has? Just a suggestion!

  I had a rush move from Montana for a job and needed my parents to come along and my daughter and dog. This complex was amazing from the very beginning. We never even saw the apartments, and we were warmly welcomed over the phone. I felt bad since you could tell that Tahisha was extremely busy. She is a one of a kind property manager that makes this property. In addition, worried about maintenance issues? Don’t! Brandon is also one of a kind. He is eager to help as you are getting things worked out as you are moving in. They take their residents happiness and safety very seriously! If it wasn’t for the two of them, we probably wouldn’t stay here past our lease, but we will absolutely stay here. Now, let’s take it a step further. They made sure that my parents and my daughter and I had apartments side by side! I have never rented from anyone as amazing as they are and I can’t thank them enough!

  Amazing place! These apartments have been so nice and accommodating. I will say that if it wasn’t for Tahisha and Brandon things would be a lot different. They are always willing to help in anyway and has made our move easy!

  We moved here from Montana and rented our apartment without seeing it first, and we are not disappointed. There are some things that are a little dated that could be swapped out if the ownership would allow, but the hospitality of the property manager and eagerness of the maintenance department to make sure everything is right makes up for it! They always have a smile on their face and always willing to lend a hand! Don’t hesitate to live here! You won’t regret it!!

  It’s quiet but yet a pleasant atmosphere. The people are friendly. I love the sound of nature creatures (birds) in the morning and throughout the day. The complex manager is very pleasant and easy to converse with. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this Complex.
