  I was there on Oct 24 and used a $7 washing machine and was charged $10. I have waited for it to be adjusted and it never was. It is still $10 on my bank statement. Please adjust this.

  i went to do laundry the day before and the door stayed locked even after the timer being finished. i called the place and they never pick up so what’s the point of having a phone number on here if you’re not going to respond in the first place. next day (today) i came back and the door is still locked, i call again and they still never answer.

  Their posted hours on Google (which states the business confirmed 5 days ago) and their website are not correct. I got to the location at 5:30 to be able to get laundry done prior to work. However, what I find is locked doors stating they open at 6:00 with an "open" sign on.

  I like this laundromat a lot but, this time the dryer ate $1.50 before actually counting. Dryer #29 im j happy I had an extra $1 bill on me. But would like a refund. There were no cards to fill out the equipment failure or refund card so that was a lil disappointing. Thats why I am leaving a review. Let me know if we can resolve this issue soon!

  It's a nice place but I 've never received my money back when the dryer is not working properly and I called their number no response and the mailbox is full no way to leave a message. Please I need my money back this one happened today August 15th at 9am. The second dryer after the biggest one. I put $3.75 +3 quarters. ($4.50) please your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
