  I had a terrible experience with an "online broker" moving company previously, but Rose Moving and Storage showed me that there are truly excellent moving companies out there, and Rose is truly excellent. Everyone I worked with was very polite, helpful, and communicative. The move was affordable, stress-free, and my belongings would have arrived early if I had been there to receive them. Of course, these folks worked seemlessly with my schedule and the job was done promptly and quickly. I'll definitely be returning to them for my next move.

  I’m sad to say we had an awful moving experience with Rose Moving and I would not recommend them. Moving states is stressful in the best case and working with them honestly made things worse. Things started off great with the estimate process. However, it turns out many of the things he promised were either untrue or never communicated to the movers or company. - Arrival time of movers both for pick up and drop off were wildly wrong. I understand things happen, but we received no call before they arrived for drop off and it was a different day than they originally communicated. Luckily we just happened to be available. - Did not have a bag for the mattress or wrap any furniture so there ended up being dirt and grass all over. - When I communicated the issues to our moving support contact, the only response for a convoluted claims form.

  I've moved across the county five times, and this was hands down the best experience I've had so far. Attention to detail, great communication and priced well. Jim and Judy were helpful and considerate every step of the way. The packers and unloaders were fabulous. Not one bad thing to say about this move, except driving for 15 hours with 6 animals in the car! I will definitely use them again

  My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Rose Moving & Storage throughout my career which has taken us not only up the East Coast and across the US but also overseas to Shanghai and Tokyo and back to the US. After 7 moves all with Rose, they continue to excel and provide the highest quality of service from their great communication and coordination to the excellent teams they have supported our moves with. Rose Moving & Storage has always been very supportive and proactive in coordinating the moves with my wife who has generally handled the day to day details of our moves with the team at Rose. Throughout our many moves, Rose has always brought exceptional value which has been priceless as anyone who has had to manage through moves whether it's local, across state or across the country knows how challenging and emotional they can be. If you're facing a move, I wouldn't look any further than the Rose Moving & Storage Team. You will not be disappointed.

  The Rose Moving experience was very positive from beginning ( Boston) to end ( Detroit). Our driver, Andrew, and his packing and unloading teams were professional, friendly and thorough. Judy in the home office was great to work with, offering support all along the way.
