The coordinator, Judy, was responsive to calls and emails and the movers and packers on both ends were on-time, respectful of my elderly mother and very professional. We high recommend them.

You tell them what you need, they send you a quote and then halfway through the move they'll change it on you and say 'that wasn't part of what we quoted' even though it's exactly what you told them you needed. Our initial quote went from ~$8k to ~$15k. DO NOT USE THEM.
- CMCam MeyerDec 9, 20211.0The estimator sold me on using Rose Moving by promising that there would be no added charges. At the end my belongings were held hostage. I had to pay an additional $1600 or my possessions would not be unloaded from the truck. The crew unloading would not follow my instructions. Boxes were piled many high and deep in front of shelves and cupboards so I couldn't unload boxes into where the items would go. Once I paid the extra money it's like the company no longer existed. So, I was unable to question the additional charges. I would never recommend them to anyone.
