We had an event yesterday for over 100 people, and Bobby went above and beyond to help us figure out the best options for our order. When the restaurant ran out of plates, he even made sure to purchase some himself so everyone could enjoy their meal comfortably — such amazing service! I was so grateful for his help and the extra effort to make everything run smoothly. I actually ordered again today for another event, and Bobby remembered me and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Truly excellent customer service and delicious pizza! Highly recommend this place! 🍕👏

It is disappointing to experience such poor customer service at this location. I called to place a pizza order and was placed on hold. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to go to the restaurant, only to find that I was still on hold when I arrived. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around without assisting customers. When I explained that I had been left on hold, the staff showed no concern. Instead, I was asked—rather rudely by an employee named Darriana—if I wanted to place an order. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and leaves customers with a negative impression. Ultimately, I believe it is the responsibility of management and supervisors to ensure that proper service standards are in place and enforced, so the business can operate as it should.
