I placed an order for several pizzas, used the website to order and paid for pizzas, delivery and tip. My total amount was around 180 bucks. When I checked my bank statement, they charged me over $200. I called to inquire about the discrepancy. They stated they had no manager on duty and no idea when they would have one in. They took my contact info down and said I'd get a call back. No one contacted me. First and last time I'd order from there.

Almost every time I order, it’s wrong. When I do order, it’s typically late night so I don’t know if that’s the difference, employee wise, but this time - the last time - I ordered penne al a vodka and I got fettuccine Alfredo. I don’t think they put any effort towards the order being right. I’ve had to call and complain in the past but I give up now. Last time.

The worst pizza ever had. The worst customer service.The girl at the front end was with much attitude and didn't even bother to listen to what we want. Had to wait for 30 mins for the order and ended up getting the worst pizza. The food quality was not good,We asked for chilli flakes and sauces but she didnt even bother to listen.

Some of the worst customer service we have ever had. Waited 1.5 hours for a delivery and were told to then just come pick it up ourselves. Meanwhile it was delivered as we were driving. No apology or explanation for their mistake. Told we couldn’t speak with a manager because apparently he is only there on Wednesdays and he does not want to be contacted so they couldn’t give us a phone number or email address. Pizza was cold and unappealing when we finally got to eat it. Just a terrible experience with this franchise.

Food was fine. Ordering online is a nightmare. Nobody can read what is written under “Special instructions.” We asked for juice on the side for our Chef but it was delivered saturated. We also asked that onion rings be substituted for fries but still received fries. This location is a joke. If you are able, use the Oswego rosatis.
